📋 Description

• Oversee multiple SAP projects and programs across Federal and DoD accounts • Ensure delivery against contractual, financial, schedule, and quality commitments • Build executive relationships and strengthen customer satisfaction • Support long-term account growth • Partner with Sales and Enterprise Architects on business development, proposals, solution scoping, resource planning, and delivery strategy • Advance SAP Activate, Clean Core, AI, and cloud adoption to support customer transformation objectives • Mentor project managers and strengthen delivery governance • Promote consistent methodologies and best practices • Manage program risks, issues, dependencies, resources, and customer expectations • Foster AI-enabled ways of working and support adoption across teams • Ensure the quality and reliability of AI-generated outputs

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen; position requires access to customer data • 10+ years of project or program management experience delivering complex SAP technology initiatives • Extensive experience supporting U.S. Federal Government, Department of Defense, or Federal Civilian customers • Deep expertise with SAP enterprise solutions, including S/4HANA, ERP, or ECC • Proven experience with cloud migration or adoption across hybrid, private, or public cloud environments • Expertise in program governance, financial and contractual management, risk mitigation, and executive stakeholder engagement • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor project managers in a matrixed organization • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • PMP or relevant certification preferred • Ability to work in the East or Central U.S. time zone preferred by location • Willingness to travel up to 50%
