📋 Description

• Lead SAP cloud migration and implementation projects for U.S. Federal Government and Department of Defense customers • Ensure delivery across schedule, budget, scope, quality commitments, and contractual requirements • Manage project plans covering schedules, budgets, resources, milestones, deliverables, and contractual requirements • Establish project governance, stakeholder communications, executive reporting, and ongoing customer engagement • Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, scope changes, and resource constraints • Partner with Delivery Executives, Enterprise Architects, and technical teams to drive SAP cloud adoption, Clean Core principles, and AI-enabled initiatives • Support proposals, solution scoping, resource planning, project estimation, and delivery strategy development • Apply SAP delivery methodologies and best practices to ensure successful implementation, customer satisfaction, and transition to operations

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen; this position requires access to customer data • Proven experience delivering complex SAP cloud migration and technology initiatives for U.S. Federal Government and Department of Defense customers • Strong expertise in project management, financial oversight, customer engagement, technical coordination, and risk mitigation • 7+ years of project management experience delivering complex technology implementations • A few years of experience supporting U.S. Federal Government, Department of Defense, or Federal Civilian customers • Successful delivery of at least two Federal or DoD technology implementation projects from end to end • Demonstrated experience managing SAP cloud migration and implementation initiatives • Strong knowledge of SAP enterprise solutions and hybrid, private, or public cloud environments • Proven expertise in project governance, financial management, risk mitigation, resource coordination, and executive stakeholder engagement • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field • PMP certification required or commitment to obtain within an established timeframe • SAP certifications preferred • Availability to travel up to 50%, based on customer requirements • Location preference: East or Central U.S. time zone
