📋 Description

• Manage enterprise-wide engineering and/or manufacturing PLM programs/projects and related activities as a consultative service, focusing on high-quality delivery on time and on budget • Manage projects involving business process improvements, new PLM implementations, integrations, complex data migrations, upgrades, enhancements, and other initiatives • Manage internal company initiative projects as assigned • Define objectives, requirements, and assumptions necessary to frame project delivery tasks • Plan, schedule, and control activities using technical, managerial, and leadership skills • Develop and enforce integrated project plans • Record and manage project issues, escalating when necessary • Resolve cross-functional issues at the project level • Manage project scope and change control • Provide consistent and accurate status reports for clients and internal governance • Lead risk identification, mitigation, contingency planning, and tracking • Allocate work among team members and provide guidance on work tasks • Maintain and convey project documentation to relevant stakeholders on time • Lead project teams and build positive professional relationships with clients and colleagues • Establish and maintain high-performing teams and serve as project advocate within the organization • Ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables, focusing on client value • Support Business Development with scope of work, resource plans, and initial schedules • Support organizational objectives to improve Delivery and PMO operations

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. Citizen (required for FA&D role) • 5+ years of experience with enterprise-level software development project management, specifically for PLM software such as PTC FlexPLM, PTC Windchill, Aras or Dassault Systèmes (ENOVIA/3DExperience) • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project • Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools preferred • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Excellent time management, organizational, prioritization, and delegation skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work efficiently under changing priorities • Availability for travel as required (at least 25%) • PMP certification is a plus
