📋 Description

• Own monthly/quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting for assigned departments or business units • Build and maintain financial models for revenue, expense, and capacity planning • Partner with stakeholders and leadership to provide financial insights for decision-making • Prepare actual-versus-budget/forecast variance analysis with actionable commentary • Develop and track operating KPIs and SaaS metrics with Commercial • Support board decks, investor reporting, and executive presentations • Support application of ASC 606 to complex SaaS and life sciences contracts • Review customer contracts to determine revenue treatment and timing • Partner with Commercial, Sales Operations, Delivery, Finance, and Legal on contract terms • Assist with technical accounting memos, quarterly reviews, and annual audits • Analyze pricing models, discounts, deal structures, margins, and revenue impact • Maintain pricing models, quote-to-cash workflows, and contract approval processes • Manage and negotiate payment terms aligned with DSO and cash-flow practices • Support vendor contract review, spend analysis, budgeting, negotiations, renewals, and cost optimization • Maintain procurement policies and support purchase-order/invoice approval workflows • Contribute to strategic planning and scenario modeling • Implement process improvements across FP&A, close, and reporting workflows • Support systems implementations and enhancements for planning, billing, and cross-functional alignment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field • 4-7 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting, with SaaS industry experience required • Working knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition principles, particularly as applied to SaaS/subscription models • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills • Experience with financial planning tools, including AI enabled practices • Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred), resource planning, vendor management and CRM • Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional partnering skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Life sciences or healthcare-adjacent industry experience strongly preferred • CPA or MBA a plus • Prior experience in a growth-stage or PE/VC-backed SaaS company
