📋 Description

• Perform civil site drafting, modeling, and development for substation and transmission line projects • Create 3D models, design drawings, plans and profiles, and construction-ready packages • Work on substation, transmission line, and similar power delivery system projects • Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and interdisciplinary teams for complete and timely designs • Provide oversight and peer reviews for other civil designers • Travel to client sites

🎯 Requirements

• Associates of Science Degree in Civil or another related discipline; or drafting-related credentials • Ten (10) or more years working in a project team environment in civil design of industrial projects, commercial development, or power delivery • Experience with site grading and drainage design drawings • Experience with erosion and sediment control plans and details • Experience preparing SWPPP and SPCC plans • Experience with construction pad drawings and access road plan and profile design • Experience preparing, reviewing, submitting, and site-related design packages for client and environmental permits • Proficiency with AutoDesk Civil 3D and/or AutoTurn • Proficiency with MS Office applications • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work in a team environment • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; employer does not sponsor work authorization
