📋 Description

• Manage execution of multiple transmission and distribution projects • Coordinate with multiple internal and external departments throughout the project execution lifecycle • Manage project execution, contract administration, planning, and resource management • Own project performance, including safety, schedule, budget, reporting, and client experience • Manage and direct project teams and mentor and coach team members • Develop and maintain relationships with client functional leads and stakeholders • Lead efforts to complete projects safely, satisfactorily, on time, and within budget • Support reporting of key performance indicators for schedule, budget, and dashboard items • Identify and control construction risk • Recognize, identify, track, and control change • Communicate and consult with stakeholders and supervisors • Prepare clear, concise project reports meeting client requirements • Analyze issues and provide solutions to improve results • Use data, automation, artificial intelligence, and other digital tools where relevant, with appropriate professional judgment and review

🎯 Requirements

• BS degree from an ABET-accredited engineering program or a management/business degree • 10 or more years of experience in the electric utility industry • 7 or more years of experience specifically in Project Management of Utility Transmission projects • Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams • Experience serving as a firm/client liaison in a support or lead role • Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work in a collaborative team setting • Work authorization in the U.S. is required; the company does not sponsor employees for work authorization • Engineering design experience is valued but not required • PMP Certification is valued but not required • Construction and start-up experience is valued but not required
