• Build and lead a team of Loan Officers • Structure, teach, and support new Loan Officers • Run pipelines, snag leads, and build relationships • Coach and educate team members on mortgage processes
🎯 Requirements
• Experienced Mortgage Loan Officer • Master of Conventional, Government, and Non-QM loans • Fluent in DU/LP • Knowledge of Fannie/Freddie guidelines • Leadership skills to build and lead a team • Strong work ethic and willingness to hustle hard • Ability to educate and teach file structuring
