📋 Description
• Build and lead a team of loan originators • Train and mentor new loan officers • Structure loan applications and support loan officers
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in the mortgage industry • Proficiency in Conventional (Conv), Government (Gov), and Non-QM loan products • Proficiency with DU and LP (Desktop Underwriter and Loan Prospector) • Knowledge of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac • Leadership and team training skills • Strong work ethic
