📋 Description

• Investigate and solve complex e-billing errors • Coordinate billing requirements for various partners, practice assistants, and clients • Assist the Billing Manager and Billing Coordinators with electronic onboarding needs • Troubleshoot e-billing-related issues • Transmit electronic billing via BillBlast and various e-billing sites • Track yearly rate increases for timekeepers • Submit support tickets for errors • Utilize Billblast analytics for rejections and deductions • Maintain accurate phase, task, and billing codes • Interact with billing Partners and Practice Assistants • Update billing addresses and payer information • Prepare invoices for e-billing sites • Coordinate special client billing requests • Assist with preparing analyses as needed • Research rejected and reduced invoices for resubmission • Maintain client/matter maintenance information • Collaborate with client account analysts, and attend weekly team meetings

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience working as an e-biller in a law firm • Elite or Aderant billing systems experience preferred. • Experience with electronic billing transmission on a variety of e-billing platforms, BillBlast experience preferred. • Proficiency in MS Office; strong knowledge of Excel required.
