📋 Description

• Engage in high-impact projects with partnered AI labs and platforms • Design complex real-world legal scenarios • Evaluate model outputs for accuracy and regulatory alignment • Provide targeted feedback to improve AI model performance in compliance, litigation, case law, and contract analysis • Participate in the interdisciplinary HFC community • Collaborate with Scale’s research team to co-author technical reports and research papers • Complete a brief application challenge reflecting HFC work • Discuss research experience, professional background, and alignment with the mission during an interview

🎯 Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available • JD, LLM, or currently enrolled in a prestigious 2L/3L program • Bar admission in any jurisdiction strongly preferred • Professional experience as an Attorney/Associate, Legal Analyst, Counsel, Law Clerk, In-House Counsel, Legal Researcher, or Law Professor • Demonstrated expertise in legal research • Expertise in analysis of regulatory frameworks • Expertise in constitutional law • Expertise in case law interpretation • Expertise in drafting legal briefs • Detail-oriented and innovative thinker • Passion for financial technology and commitment to collaboration • Prior experience with AI is a plus but not required
