📋 Description

• Join the Rocket Lawyer Attorney Network as an independent Contract Attorney • Deliver legal services to verified Rocket Lawyer members within licensed jurisdiction(s) • Provide legal information consultations by phone/video and advisory work • Review and draft documents and analyze contracts • Handle business formation, estate planning, consumer law, and general legal matters • Answer written inquiries and provide informational consultations, converting engagements into paid work • Focus on legal work while Rocket Lawyer manages client intake, administrative setup, invoicing, billing, and payment collection

🎯 Requirements

• Active license to practice law in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction • No disciplinary history • Strong practical problem-solving skills • Strong verbal communication skills for consultations via phone and/or video conference • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Maintain lawyers’ professional liability insurance in accordance with the Terms of Service • Comfort with technology and ability to quickly learn and use Rocket Lawyer’s tools • Customer-first mentality and dedication to customer satisfaction and success • Experience in one or more of: Landlord/Tenant, Employment Law, Corporate Law, Contracts & Business Transactions, Real Estate Law, Family Law, or Finance
