📋 Description

• Configure and manage Salesforce functionality, including custom objects, advanced flows, and validation rules • Maintain and improve Salesforce business-process best practices • Apply data governance principles and maintain scalable information architectures • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards • Manage user access, security, login and activity logs, profiles, permissions, and user deactivation • Perform data cleanup and manipulation using Data Loader or third-party applications • Deploy changes through a deployment pipeline rather than directly in production • Provide first-line Salesforce support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve inquiries through completion • Use AI assistants for impact analysis and issue investigation • Assess Salesforce configuration, capabilities, and release updates for business impact • Support employee onboarding, Salesforce training, and user adoption • Evaluate and drive adoption of technologies, processes, and procedures that improve Salesforce efficiency • Document system configurations, processes, and procedures • Assist with special assignments and strategic initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of Salesforce experience, including configuration and support of Sales Cloud and Salesforce Experience Cloud • Strong understanding of Salesforce administration, including user management, security settings, and data management • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow • Expertise in Salesforce reports and dashboards • Hands-on experience using AI assistants in technical work • Experience training and onboarding new Salesforce users • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to implement features through configuration, development, or technology evaluations • Strong communication skills and ability to document processes clearly • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues • Self-motivated team player with excellent organizational skills • Understanding of Agile principles and practices and desire to work in a fully Agile team • Must be located in the United States • Nice to have: Salesforce Administrator Certification, Advanced Administrator Certification, Platform App Builder, SAFe Agilist Certification, Salesforce development tools and techniques, version-controlled deployment, and integrations with Marketo, Tableau, Intercom, or PandaDoc • Independent contractor (1099) arrangement
