📋 Description

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including planning and executing creative and targeted recruitment strategies • Source candidates through social media, job boards, and internal databases • Conduct interviews and manage the interview process from start to finish • Work closely with department heads to understand role requirements and support hiring decisions • Build relationships with candidates and maintain regular follow-up throughout the hiring process • Utilize and maintain up-to-date candidate data in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a startup environment • Familiarity with fast-paced hiring processes and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment • Experience hiring for GTM roles in the US is a big plus • Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Hebrew is a plus • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a proactive and initiative-driven approach • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
