📋 Description

• Leads end-to-end provider data operations • Owns provider data accuracy and directory integrity • Drives strategy and governance for provider data • Ensures regulatory and business readiness • Supports critical business strategies with systematic solutions • Directs small and medium projects and initiatives • Partners across various departments to integrate, govern, and improve provider data • Monitors performance against KPIs, SLAs, quality measures, and risk indicators • Establishes departmental policies, practices, and procedures • Builds and develops a high-performing team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years equivalent work experience • 2+ years of leadership experience • 2+ years in leading Provider Data Management teams at managed care provider organization (IPA, Medical Group or institutional provider) or insurance company • 5+ years of overall Healthcare experience
