📋 Description

• Conceive and design Scentbird email marketing initiatives • Develop engaging, immersive email experiences for mobile and desktop environments • Use AI tools to ideate, sketch, and create conceptual and finished email designs and campaign flows • Manage email design initiatives from the weekly/monthly roadmap • Identify opportunities to increase customer engagement through design and marketing • Present design ideas and vision to partners • Gather inspiration and share new ideas and designs • Build and maintain the email UI style guide using Claude Design and Figma • Collaborate with the product design team to align email and web communications • Meet weekly with the Product Designer Director to align on project scope and vision • Work with marketing product owners to understand initiatives, business requirements, and company goals • Collaborate with engineers to facilitate the transition from design to build

🎯 Requirements

• Overseas applicants only; non-U.S. applicants only; domestic (U.S.) applications will not be considered • Deep understanding of Claude Design and other design AI tools • Comfortable using AI design tools to explore concepts and produce finished email designs and flows • Passion for design and beauty; master graphic designer • Able to identify and encourage new design trends in the email space • Able to tell stories within email design • Ability to understand high-level marketing and company goals and apply them to email scope and emphasis • Ability to give and take creative direction • Detail-oriented and precise work style • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects to meet tight deadlines • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work with internal and external cross-functional teams domestically and internationally • 2+ years of experience in email design required • Portfolio showcasing agency and in-house work, with at least 15 defined email projects • Degree in Design, Arts, and/or Digital Design
