📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects, including platform implementations, migrations, and modernization efforts • Define scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables; manage changes through a defined change control process • Build and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource plans • Identify risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints; drive mitigation to closure • Track budget and resource use against plan • Provide regular status reports to stakeholders and executive leadership • Align engineering, analytics, infrastructure, security, and business teams around shared goals and priorities • Translate business needs into requirements, work breakdowns, and execution plans • Facilitate project meetings, sprint ceremonies, working sessions, and decision forums • Manage third-party vendors and consulting partners, including SOW deliverables and performance • Escalate issues with clear options and recommendations • Liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders • Partner with engineers and architects to plan, sequence, and track technical work • Confirm technical solutions meet business and functional requirements • Document and communicate technical decisions, dependencies, and tradeoffs • Establish and maintain project governance, standards, RAID logs, and documentation • Ensure projects meet security, privacy, and regulatory requirements • Run delivery using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methods • Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement in delivery practices

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing technical projects in enterprise environments • Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-workstream projects on time and within scope • Strong command of project management fundamentals: scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change management • Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery • Experience with Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar tools • Technical fluency to work credibly with engineering teams on infrastructure, cloud, or data projects • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, including reporting to executives • Ability to manage competing priorities in complex, fast-moving environments • Experience delivering data and analytics projects, such as platform implementations, migrations, or data warehouse modernization • Working understanding of Databricks, Snowflake, or Spark/Hadoop ecosystems • Familiarity with ETL/ELT, data warehousing, and lakehouse architecture • Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP • Awareness of data governance, data quality, and metadata management practices • PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster, or similar certifications preferred • Experience in regulated industries such as financial services or healthcare preferred
