📋 Description

• Manage projects throughout all stages of the project lifecycle from initiation through closure • Independently lead medium-sized projects and assist on large programs • Manage SaaS, SAP enhancements, warehouse management improvements, cybersecurity, infrastructure upgrades, and office merger projects • Prepare Project Charters and coordinate kick-off meetings • Align stakeholders on objectives, KPIs, and communication plans • Facilitate agile planning with Technical Product Owners to define sprint schedules and go-live timelines • Develop and maintain project plans with milestones and task assignments • Monitor progress to ensure timely delivery • Produce RAID logs, stakeholder analyses, decision trackers, and risk mitigation plans • Document and communicate budget estimates and actuals • Identify risks, escalate issues to leadership, and implement mitigation strategies • Deliver project status updates through reports, presentations, and meetings • Lead cutover and hypercare plans for successful implementation • Conduct retrospectives, share lessons learned, and recommend process enhancements • Engage with managers and cross-functional teams, including EPMO and GDA, to share best practices, discuss dependencies, and support team goals • Comply with company and department policies and standards; perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Sciences, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Finance or equivalent education and/or experience • 3 years of Project Management Experience • Experience using project management tools and methodologies • Proven ability to develop successful collaborative working relationships with a variety of industries • Ability to effectively communicate with business leaders and collaborate with cross-functional department representatives • Ability to manage technical and non-technical/business projects, including projects with international components • Proven success managing large projects (6-18 months in duration) with many cross-functional teams • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects, conflicting priorities and schedules simultaneously, meeting all deadlines • Ability to manage using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies • Proficiency in leveraging AI tools for meeting summaries, action tracking, and reporting automation • Strong customer service skills and sense of urgency • Attention to detail producing high quality work products • Ability to take direction from several individuals and be self-directed • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills • Ability to resolve team misalignments or disagreements • Independent judgment and critical thinking • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification preferred
