Our company provides small businesses, start-up companies, and entrepreneur's one source for their business needs. This will eliminate having to search for outside professionals to help with the following:

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end project management for a portfolio of concurrent technical initiatives, primarily software delivery, with periodic ownership of hardware and IT infrastructure projects • Build and maintain project plans, schedules, and dependency maps • Identify and escalate risks, blockers, and resourcing conflicts • Run agile/scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives • Adapt to traditional/waterfall practices for hardware or IT infrastructure projects • Coordinate engineering, QA, IT, external vendors, and offshore/remote teams across workstreams • Translate technical requirements between engineering teams and business stakeholders • Provide structured status reporting on project health, milestones, and risks to the Senior PM and department leadership • Manage remote/distributed team members across time zones • Work as an individual contributor under the Senior PM with independent judgment on day-to-day project decisions • Help refine PM standards, templates, and processes across the department • Perform other duties as necessary and assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years (junior) or 10–15 years (senior) of project management experience • Demonstrated track record managing multiple concurrent software projects • Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle • Expert knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and traditional project management practices • Hands-on experience with Jira, Linear, Smartsheet, or equivalent • Proven experience managing remote or distributed teams • Experience with asynchronous communication and cross-time-zone coordination • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • 4-year undergraduate degree • Some exposure to hardware or IT infrastructure projects is a strong plus but not required • Scrum/PM certification (CSM, PSM, PMP) is a plus, not a requirement • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
