📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex cybersecurity initiatives from planning through implementation and operational transition • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, assumptions, decisions, and action items • Coordinate delivery across cybersecurity teams, technology organizations, business stakeholders, vendors, and external partners • Drive execution across Identity & Access Management, Privileged Access Management, Security Operations, Threat Detection & Response, Network Security, Application Security, Cloud Security, AI Security, Governance, Risk & Compliance, and Security Architecture • Facilitate planning sessions, stakeholder reviews, executive updates, governance forums, and project steering meetings • Identify delivery risks, resource constraints, cross-team dependencies, and schedule impacts; develop mitigation and response plans • Establish and maintain project reporting on progress, risks, decisions, milestones, and business outcomes • Translate complex technical concepts into business-focused communications for leadership and executive stakeholders • Partner with cybersecurity leaders to align project execution with strategic objectives, capability roadmaps, and organizational priorities • Manage project scope, goals, timelines, financials, budgets, forecasts, resource allocations, and project time tracking • Drive accountability for commitments and facilitate resolution of issues and blockers • Support vendor engagements, contract deliverables, procurement activities, and implementation planning • Maintain delivery artifacts, documentation, governance requirements, and project controls • Adapt delivery approaches to Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid models • Lead project teams and contractors; mentor junior project managers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business, Engineering, or a related field • 5-8+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects, project teams and contractors, and programs in technology, cybersecurity, risk management, or related disciplines • Experience managing initiatives involving multiple teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional dependencies • Experience leading complex technology, cybersecurity, risk, compliance, or security-related initiatives in an enterprise environment • Experience delivering initiatives in one or more cybersecurity domains • Strong knowledge of project management disciplines including planning, risk management, dependency management, stakeholder engagement, governance, and reporting • Experience developing executive-level communications, status reporting, and decision-support materials • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment in matrixed organizations • Experience managing project financials, budgets, forecasts, vendor engagements, or investment-funded initiatives • Strong written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills • Ability to operate independently in highly complex and ambiguous environments • Fluency in ServiceNow Project Portfolio Management (PPM) for project financial management, forecasting, resource allocation, and time tracking • Preferred: PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent • Preferred: Experience with Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery environments • Preferred: Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Jira Align, or similar platforms • Preferred: Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory requirements such as NIST, CIS Controls, Zero Trust, HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC, PCI, or related standards • Preferred: Understanding of cybersecurity technologies and concepts including identity management, threat detection, vulnerability management, cloud security, incident response, security governance, and security architecture • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
