β’ Engage on the phone, online, and in person with companies to facilitate sales of products β’ Work with the CEO and Head of Sales to develop strategies on areas to grow new business β’ Achieve individual targets by managing and growing existing accounts and developing new business β’ Understand the dental side of the business to help solve customer business challenges β’ Maintain and grow long-term client relationships β’ Respond to and follow up on inquiries and leads in a timely manner β’ Utilize CRM to track interaction with clients and potential clients β’ Bring together in-house teams to meet and exceed customer expectations β’ Flexibility to shift into other ancillary sales areas as needed β’ Additional duties as needed and assigned
β’ 5+ yearsβ experience selling digital solutions through needs-based approach β’ Strong knowledge of the dental industry and proven relationships with companies in this market β’ Experience managing long term relationships with clients β’ Experience presenting solutions to clients and potential clients β’ Experience with prospecting to find the right decision maker β’ Experience using CRM
