• Own annual revenue, margin, and new-logo targets across all USMMG service lines • Develop a customer specific strategy for intermodal, drayage, transloading, truckload, expedited, and U.S.–Mexico / U.S.–Canada cross-border services • Partner with operations, pricing, and network leaders to structure profitable, executable customer solutions • Cultivate executive relationships with shipper CSCOs, VPs of Logistics, and procurement leaders • Responsible for pipeline management, forecast accuracy, and CRM • Represent USMMG at industry events, strategic RFPs, and senior customer reviews
• 10+ years of commercial sales experience • Proven track record of building and scaling multi-modal books of business • Preferred experience selling North American intermodal networks, and port drayage • Strong analytical, pricing, and contract negotiation skills • Experience selling into Fortune 1000 shippers across CPG, retail, and industrial verticals • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Will need to travel
