📋 Description
• Review lawsuits and legal pleadings for legal sufficiency and compliance with jurisdictional requirements • Analyze supporting documentation to determine viability of legal claims and readiness for suit or judgment • Send and respond to written correspondence regarding disputes, settlements, and follow-ups • Collaborate with legal assistants and court teams to maintain volume-based targets • Maintain accurate documentation and case tracking in internal systems • Communicate with supervising attorneys regarding case nuances or exceptions
🎯 Requirements
• Entry-level Attorney • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment • Prior experience in civil litigation or collections is helpful but not required • Must be an attorney (required by the job title and role description)
