📋 Description

• Support Critical Review and Verification of Life Cycle Assessments (LCA), Environmental Product Declarations (EPD), Product Carbon Footprints (PCF), and other Product Climate Verification schemes • Review Life Cycle Assessment data and supporting documentation • Verify Environmental Product Declaration data • Prepare verification reports and verification statements • Complete audits and reports within prescribed timelines and professional requirements • Issue verification findings and write audit reports • Lead documentation, communication, and closure of audit findings • Communicate with internal staff and external clients in a timely and professional manner • Direct the audit process with clients • Answer client questions and concerns • Ensure quality delivery and client satisfaction • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients • Communicate standard requirements to clients effectively and concisely • Maintain current working knowledge of program standards and protocols • Recommend and implement program changes to maintain compliance with ISO quality standards and scheme requirements • Participate in internal and external audit processes as needed • Lead development of quality templates • Assist in updating product literature and documentation, including manuals

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field • 4+ years of professional experience in a related field • Experience in auditing (Intermediate proficiency) • Exceptional quantitative and critical thinking skills for evaluating complex data sets (Advanced proficiency) • Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills (Advanced proficiency) • Initiative and ability to work independently; responsive and adaptive to team environment (Advanced proficiency) • High proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Access (Advanced proficiency) • Master's Degree in a relevant field and 2+ years of professional experience in a related field (preferred) • Advanced Excel proficiency and experience using data management systems (preferred) • Life Cycle Assessment Certified Practitioner (LCACP) (preferred) • Certified LCA Reviewer (CLAR) (preferred) • Ability to maintain working knowledge of program standards and protocols • Knowledge of ISO 14025, ISO 14044, ISO 14067, and ISO 21930 standards and relevant LCA, EPD, PCF, PCR, carbon neutrality, and environmental claims schemes
