Second Nature is a Resident Experience Platform that helps property managers personalize and automate resident onboarding and benefits. Its software combines Resident Onboarding, customizable Resident Benefits Packages, and an orchestration engine called Maestro to streamline leases, move-in tasks, credit-building, renters insurance, utilities, and other resident services. Delivered as a cloud platform for property management companies, Second Nature aims to improve resident retention, reduce delinquencies and maintenance costs, and increase operational efficiency.

📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and automate key operational and performance reports, dashboards, and metrics (e.g., pipeline generation, sales cycle length, conversion rates, customer retention, GTM ROI). • Conduct deep-dive analysis on GTM performance to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. • Translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for GTM leadership. • Monitor and track the health of the sales and marketing funnels, highlighting bottlenecks and areas for optimization. • Assist in forecasting and planning processes by providing historical data analysis and performance insights. • Support the optimization and documentation of key Revenue Operations processes to improve efficiency and data quality. • Collaborate with the RevOps and GTM Systems team to ensure data integrity within our CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and other GTM systems. • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to understand their reporting needs and provide customized, ad-hoc analyses. • Collaborate with the Enablement team on training materials and provide guidance to GTM teams on how to effectively use reporting tools and dashboards. • Serve as a trusted advisor to functional leaders by providing objective, data-driven insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a quantitative field preferred. • 1–3 years of professional experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, or a similar analytical role. • Strong proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar). • Expert-level skill in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex formulas, data manipulation). • Experience working with and reporting from a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is required. • Solid understanding of GTM metrics and the revenue lifecycle (Marketing to Sales to Customer Success). • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with a keen attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Familiarity with AI-powered tools and workflows, with the ability to leverage automation and generative AI to improve operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, and go-to-market decision making.
