• Partner with hiring managers to rapidly generate pipelines and own full-cycle searches • Navigate technical profiles when needed • Focus on driving business, G&A, and go-to-market roles • Manage desk using funnel metrics and channel mix • Handle sensitive information with total confidentiality • Coordinate interviews and sourcing when demand peaks
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of direct full-cycle corporate recruiting and sourcing experience • Greenhouse Proficiency (Absolute Must) • Advanced LinkedIn Recruiter & Sourcing Tools • Data-Driven Mindset • Speed and Agility • Exceptional Communication & Interviewing • Continuous Improvement & AI Fluency
