âą Manage accounts of multiple client service programs or a single large national program âą Maintain client, client broker, and key vendor relationships âą Manage program procedures and processes impacting customer satisfaction and client retention âą Perform client renewals and prepare Client Service Instructions âą Coordinate pricing and complete location coding parameters âą Prepare and distribute stewardship and other reports âą Coordinate client invoicing, audits, and accounts receivable follow-up âą Educate clients on loss data and cost drivers impacting assigned programs âą Coordinate project activity âą Serve as the primary client contact to maintain and improve customer satisfaction âą Identify issues impacting customer satisfaction âą Identify and solicit cross-selling opportunities âą Coordinate client contracts âą Administer company personnel policies and follow staffing standards and training recommendations âą Interview, hire, and establish colleague performance development plans âą Conduct colleague performance discussions âą Provide support, guidance, leadership, and motivation to promote maximum performance âą Perform other duties as assigned âą Support the organization's quality programs âą Travel as required
âą Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred âą Must pursue CPCU, AIC, ARM, or another related designation âą Eight (8) years of related experience, or equivalent combination of experience and education, including three (3) years as an Account Representative OR five (5) years of adjuster experience including one (1) year in a supervisory capacity âą Strong understanding of workers compensation, liability, or disability claims management âą Strong understanding of client location coding parameters, banking methodology, and claims operating systems âą Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills âą PC literacy, including Microsoft Office products âą Analytical and interpretive skills âą Strong organizational skills âą Excellent interpersonal skills âą Excellent negotiation and facilitation skills âą Ability to work in a team environment âą Ability to handle conflict and challenging issues in a fast work environment âą Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies âą Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines âą Travel as required
