📋 Description

• Compile data, prepare and distribute reports, and analyze results • Assist with efficient and effective program management • Identify poor work quality and cost-effectiveness trends • Analyze and compile data from technical reviews as applicable • Provide training and coaching on processing and procedures issues • Analyze and report trends • Ensure data integrity and develop reports measuring data accuracy • Assist with client setup and maintenance parameter forms • Extract data and analyze information based on plan and jurisdictional requirements • Gather and prepare statistical data for reporting • Recommend training needs to management • Analyze cause-and-effect ratios and trends including return-to-work, accommodations, disability durations, injury by job type, and disability diagnosis • Present results to clients and/or management • Support the organization's quality programs • Perform other duties as assigned • Travel as required

🎯 Requirements

• Six (6) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required • Three (3) years of query and report writing strongly preferred • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance or Economics from an accredited college or university preferred • Thorough knowledge of query and report writing • Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills • PC literacy, including Microsoft Office products • Analytical and interpretive skills • Strong organizational skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a team environment • Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies • Clear and conceptual thinking ability • Excellent judgment, troubleshooting, problem solving, analysis, and discretion • Ability to handle work-related stress and multiple priorities simultaneously • Ability to meet deadlines • Credit security clearance confirmed via a background credit check is required
