• Manage, support and service multi-client project assignments through completion • Administer procedures and processes measuring and managing customer satisfaction, client retention and new client recruitment • Identify, analyze and report trends across multiple clients and offices • Interpret report information and make recommendations for improvement to the leadership team • Identify required resources and research project data, procedures and history • Prepare and manage multi-client project plans through completion • Provide data analysis and identify trends across multiple offices for national client operations • Monitor and assess data accuracy and integrity • Communicate activity progress to involved parties • Assist Operations Manager/Program Managers in resolving client-related issues • Deliver oral and written presentations of project results and responses to disability and leave RFP questions • Develop and provide training to management and colleagues as needed • Transition programs to management personnel
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required • Major in Business Administration, Statistics or Quantitative Analysis preferred • Courses in Computer Science preferred • Six (6) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required • Two (2) years leading quality initiatives and data intensive projects • Two (2) years of claims operations experience • Two (2) years of general business experience with emphasis on data analysis and TQM and/or quality tools • Clear and conceptual thinking ability • Excellent judgment, troubleshooting, problem solving, analysis, and discretion • Ability to handle work-related stress • Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously • Ability to meet deadlines • Computer keyboarding • Hearing, vision and talking
