📋 Description

• Lead onboarding projects for new US clients from kickoff through go-live and handover to support • Build and execute implementation plans covering scope, milestones, data migration, instrument interfaces, EHR/EMR, billing, HL7/FHIR integrations, user setup, and validation • Coordinate product, engineering, support, and client stakeholders to keep go-lives on schedule • Travel to client sites for kickoffs, go-lives, and training, approximately 25–40% of the time • Train lab staff on accessioning, worklists, QC, reporting, and patient portal workflows • Manage change resistance during LIS transitions • Track onboarding health, including time-to-go-live, adoption, and early ticket volume • Report status to clients and leadership • Present and demonstrate the CrelioHealth platform to client teams and lab staff • Identify expansion and referral opportunities and hand them to the growth team • Feed implementation insights into product improvements and the onboarding playbook

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7 years of project management experience • At least 2 years implementing or onboarding software for external clients • Healthcare experience required • Hands-on experience in a clinical laboratory or laboratory environment strongly preferred • Fluency with specimen lifecycle, accessioning, QC/QA, instrument interfacing, CLIA/CAP context, HIPAA, and result reporting • Excellent presentation and communication skills • Ability to run multiple concurrent onboardings remotely independently • Willingness to travel to client sites across the US • Valid driver's license • Authorization to work in the United States • Direct LIS/LIMS migration or go-live experience is a plus • Familiarity with HL7v2/FHIR interfaces, lab billing/RCM basics, or instrument middleware is a plus • Customer success, solutions consulting, or pre-sales experience is a plus • PMP, CAPM, or Lean Six Sigma certification is welcome but not required • Comfort using modern AI tools with appropriate human judgment
