📋 Description

• Directs and manages the Strategic Planning staff; establishes business plan with goals and objectives for the Strategic Planning group. • Leads managers and related staff in analyzing overall company revenues and expenses as well as revenues and expenses for specific clients. • Provides leadership and coordination for setting revenue and expense targets for the organization. • Directs ad hoc reporting assignments; leads ad hoc supporting analysis and results communication with maximum cost savings recommendations. • Participates in due diligence for acquisitions with upper management for potential acquisitions; coordinates acquisition integrations for the Finance department.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required • CPA and advanced degree preferred • Ten (10) years accounting experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required to include four (4) years supervisor experience.
