📋 Description

• Lead major business processes and support functions executing company strategies • Deliver results for a core function or multiple business-unit areas through subordinate managers and senior professionals • Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities with senior leaders • Orchestrate cross-functional execution and drive adoption of data-driven solutions • Lead transformation initiatives supporting business-unit growth objectives • Design and deliver transformation programs by coordinating cross-functional teams • Lead process redesign focused on data-driven thinking and technology enablement • Identify, prioritize, and implement innovative, high-impact use cases with technology and business leaders • Diagnose root causes, solve complex business problems, and inform data-backed decisions • Execute change-management strategies and engage stakeholders at all levels • Advise leadership with strategic insight, executive presence, and compelling communication • Track outcomes, manage risks, and embed continuous improvement • Build and lead high-performing teams and align diverse teams around shared goals • Provide guidance, leadership, motivation, and performance development • Administer personnel policies and follow staffing and training recommendations • Interview, hire, and conduct performance discussions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university preferred • Licenses as needed • Certification in one of the following areas required: Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), Certified Business Transformation Professional (CBTP), Change Management Certified Professional, or Six Sigma • Ten (10) years of related experience in business transformation, with several years in a management role having significant business impact or equivalent combination of education and experience required • Experience in management consulting and/or enterprise transformation roles within B2B environments required • Experience in the financial services sector (insurance, banking) highly preferred • Proven track record in strategy execution, analytics initiatives, and large-scale change programs • Strong collaboration, influence, and communication skills with ability to operate at senior leadership level • Analytical, innovative, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in complex organizations • Applied knowledge of technology-enabled operating models and data dependencies • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills • Proven management/leadership and negotiating skill • Ability to create and complete comprehensive, accurate, and constructive written reports • Ability to work in a team environment and meet or exceed performance competencies
