📋 Description

• Handle a variety of complex civil defense matters, including toxic tort litigation, premises liability, product liability, and general liability defense • Gain hands-on experience: drafting pleadings, arguing motions, conducting depositions, managing discovery, and appearing in court • Be mentored by experienced partners in a supportive, high-performance environment

🎯 Requirements

• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (UBE jurisdictions preferred) • 1–6 years of civil defense litigation experience • Strong skills in legal research, writing, and oral advocacy • Experience drafting pleadings, handling discovery, and managing motion practice • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines • Team-oriented mindset and proactive, ownership-driven approach
