⢠Oversee accounting operations and resolve accounting issues for assigned mutual funds, CITs, ETFs and other pooled vehicles ⢠Serve as the main client contact for domestic and international fund accounting operations and administration ⢠Manage the team supporting daily accounting operations for assigned funds ⢠Support annual audits ⢠Coordinate and onboard new funds and clients ⢠Liaise among clients, external service providers and internal teams ⢠Ensure procedures and controls are followed and provide accurate Net Asset Values (NAVs) ⢠Provide information to Financial Reporting for annual and semi-annual financial statements ⢠Prepare and review SEC filings, including N-PORT and N-CEN ⢠Assist Tax with distribution calculations and tax reporting ⢠Assist Treasury Services with annual fund expense budgets and quarterly updates, including reviewing expense payments ⢠Prepare and review Board-related materials ⢠Review and sign off on NAVs, reconciliations, revenue packages, dividend distributions and other fund administration items ⢠Communicate with external investment managers regarding daily fund inquiries and resolve issues affecting funds ⢠Conduct performance appraisals and monthly one-on-ones with analysts and supervisors ⢠Provide career pathing and training ⢠Participate in interviews and hiring processes to meet staffing requirements ⢠Foster team development, promotions and disciplinary actions ⢠Support new business development and relationship teams with prospect calls, client visits and presentations ⢠Facilitate onboarding of new and converted clients by gathering requirements, submitting custom requests and communicating deliverables ⢠Participate in IMS and corporate professional development sessions ⢠Identify process improvements across the division and organization
⢠BA / BS in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or equivalent professional experience ⢠Minimum 5 years of experience in the fund services industry ⢠Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience ⢠Proven ability to manage and motivate a team in a daily processing environment ⢠Proficiency with fund accounting software ⢠Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications ⢠Excellent leadership, planning, time management and organizational skills ⢠Strong written and verbal communication skills ⢠Strong customer service skills ⢠Financial services industry knowledge and willingness to learn new concepts and systems ⢠Attention to detail and quality/accuracy focus ⢠Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders ⢠Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs ⢠Ability to work in a team environment ⢠Curiosity and critical thinking ⢠Alignment with SEI values: courage, integrity, collaboration, inclusion, connection and fun
