📋 Description

• Handle real-time, warm inbound pre-screened leads • Sell final expense whole life insurance • Compare products from top A-rated carriers • Provide unbiased product recommendations based on customer needs • Use proprietary software to analyze product matches and provide immediate point-of-sale decisions • Overcome customer objections and achieve sales goals • Work high-volume hours during peak season • Operate a proprietary CRM and multiple systems while speaking with clients

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience required • 1 year of telesales experience preferred • Must possess an active Life, Accident, & Health resident insurance license • Relevant experience may include financial planning, retention, debt collection, debt consolidation, business ownership, or management of financial P&L • High school diploma or equivalent required • Bachelor's degree preferred • Job stability required; career progression preferred • Hardwired high-speed internet with minimum download and upload speeds of 20 Mbps required • Ability to work prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer • Ability to work high-volume hours during peak season • Technology skills sufficient to operate a proprietary CRM, multiple screens, and multiple systems while maintaining client conversations • Commission-driven, coachable, self-motivated, competitive, positive, and flexible
