📋 Description

• Receive real-time, warm, inbound, pre-screened leads • Sell final expense whole life insurance • Compare products from top A-rated carriers • Provide unbiased product recommendations based on customer needs • Use proprietary software to analyze the best product match • Deliver immediate decisions at the point of sale • Handle customer objections and conduct sales conversations • Work during high-volume peak-season periods • Use multiple systems while maintaining conversations with clients

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience required • 1 year of telesales experience preferred • Active Life, Accident, & Health resident insurance license required • High school diploma or equivalent required • Bachelor's degree preferred • Job stability required • Track record in career progression preferred • Hardwired high-speed internet with minimum 20 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload required • Ability to work prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer • Ability to commit to high-volume hours during peak season • Technology skills to use a proprietary CRM, multiple screens, and multiple systems • Commission-driven approach • Coachability and humility • Competitive, self-motivated personality • Positivity and leadership qualities • Relevant experience may include financial planning, retention, debt collection, debt consolidation, business ownership, or management of financial P&L
