📋 Description

• Receive real-time, warm, inbound, pre-screened leads • Sell final expense whole life insurance • Compare products from top A-rated carriers • Provide unbiased product recommendations based on customer needs • Use proprietary software to analyze the best product match • Deliver immediate point-of-sale decisions • Maintain conversations with clients while manipulating multiple systems and finding critical information • Overcome customer objections and meet sales goals

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience required • 1 year of telesales experience preferred • Must possess an active Life, Accident, & Health resident insurance license • Relevant experience may include financial planning, retention, debt collection, debt consolidation, business ownership, or management of financial P&L • High school diploma or equivalent required • Job stability required • Track record in career progression preferred • Hardwired high-speed internet with minimum download and upload speeds of 20 Mbps required • Ability to work prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer • Ability to work with multiple screens and systems using a proprietary CRM • Ability to commit to high-volume hours during peak season • Commission-driven, coachable, humble, competitive, self-motivated, positive, and flexible
