📋 Description

• Receive real-time, warm inbound pre-screened leads • Sell final expense whole life insurance • Compare products from top A-rated carriers • Provide unbiased product recommendations based on customer needs • Use proprietary software to analyze the best product match for consumers • Deliver immediate point-of-sale decisions • Help customers choose insurance products that meet their needs • Overcome customer objections and meet sales goals • Work high-volume hours during peak season • Use multiple systems while maintaining conversations with clients

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience required • 1 year of telesales experience preferred • Must possess an active Life, Accident, & Health resident insurance license • High school diploma or equivalent required • Bachelor's degree preferred • Job stability required; track record in career progression preferred • Hardwired high-speed internet with minimum download and upload speeds of 20 Mbps required • Ability to work prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer • Ability to commit to high-volume hours during peak season • Technology skills, including use of multiple screens and systems • Ability to manipulate multiple systems and find critical information while maintaining a conversation with the client • Commission-driven • Coachable and humble • Competitive and self-motivated • Positive and able to exhibit leadership qualities • Flexibility with business needs
