📋 Description

• Receive real-time, warm, inbound, pre-screened leads • Sell final expense whole life insurance • Compare products from top A-rated carriers • Provide unbiased recommendations based on customer needs • Use proprietary software to analyze the best product match for consumers • Provide immediate decisions at the point of sale • Help customers select insurance products and achieve savings • Overcome customer objections and meet sales goals • Work high-volume hours during peak season • Use multiple systems while maintaining conversations with clients

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience required • 1 year of telesales experience preferred • Must possess an active Life, Accident, & Health resident insurance license • Experience in financial planning, retention, debt collection, debt consolidation, business ownership, or management of financial P&L may be considered • High school diploma or equivalent required • Job stability required; career progression preferred • Hardwired high-speed internet connection with minimum download and upload speeds of 20 Mbps required • Ability to work prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer • Ability to commit to high-volume hours during peak season • Technology skills, including use of multiple screens, proprietary CRM, and multiple systems while maintaining a client conversation • Commission-driven, coachable, humble, competitive, self-motivated, positive, and flexible
