📋 Description
• Gather and analyze business requirements for EDI integration projects • Design and implement EDI data mappings • Troubleshoot and resolve EDI transmission errors • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners • Provide ongoing support for EDI integrations • Monitor and optimize EDI processes
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in EDI and/or API implementation and support • 4+ years managing a portfolio of concurrent projects • Understanding of fixed-width file formats and LDEx XML format • Familiarity with benefit administration platforms (e.g., ADP, Workday) • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Proactive customer service orientation
