📋 Description
• Manage end-to-end client implementation • Support business process improvement • Serve as the primary client contact • Compile compliance reports • Act as a trainer and coach • Resolve client issues • Assist in product launches • Contribute to team success • Track and document client communications • Communicate new product features • Provide exceptional customer service • Generate cross-sell opportunities
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in a customer service or account management role • Strong knowledge of the automotive industry • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service abilities • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience • Willingness to travel as needed
