📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end client implementation for new and existing clients • Provide business process improvement guidance and best-practice recommendations • Serve as the primary client contact during implementation and for designated clients post-implementation • Compile and submit compliance reports • Provide ongoing client training, support, and coaching • Analyze and resolve client concerns and complex issues • Support Affiliate and 700Credit product launches and conduct post-launch follow-up • Support Implementation team members • Track and document client communications • Communicate new product features and updates • Provide exceptional customer service • Identify and generate cross-sell opportunities with the sales team

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service or account management role • Strong knowledge of the automotive industry • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service abilities • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience • Willingness to travel as needed
