📋 Description

• Manage accounts payable, including vouching, check runs, approvals, and invoice/packing-slip repositories • Support general ledger close activities and ensure accurate transaction recording • Analyze financial statements and investigate variances • Support cost and inventory accounting for manufacturing operations • Prepare and review monthly and quarterly account reconciliations with thorough documentation • Develop monthly financial analysis for internal and external reporting, budgeting, and forecasting • Manage fixed assets, including CIP tracking, capitalization, depreciation, and periodic audits • Prepare journal entries, accruals, and adjusting entries • Support internal and external audit activities • Ensure adherence to SOX controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and drive process improvements • Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives • Provide backup support to accounts receivable • Meet key performance indicators for financial reporting, month-end close, reconciliations, budgeting variance accuracy, and journal-entry accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance • 3–4 years of accounting or finance experience in a manufacturing environment • Public accounting experience is a plus • MBA or CPA preferred • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail • Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analytics tools • Ability to manage competing priorities • Integrity and discretion with confidential information • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Self-motivated with a growth mindset • Must communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing • Standard working hours of 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Monday through Friday; 8:00 AM–2:00 PM Friday • Some travel to site may be required throughout the year
