📋 Description

• Design, produce, and analyze data-driven reports to support business operations and special projects • Design and generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations for business operations • Analyze trends, patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights • Maintain data integrity, accuracy, and consistency in reporting • Utilize SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and other analytics tools to extract and manipulate data • Conduct statistical analysis to support data-driven decision-making • Translate complex data into concise, easy-to-understand reports for stakeholders • Assist in the development, implementation, and optimization of business information systems • Maintain data structures, queries, and reporting tools to support business needs • Work closely with IT teams to ensure data availability and system functionality • Document business processes, data sources, and reporting methodologies • Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for process improvement • Recommend enhancements to data collection, storage, and analysis methods • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and IT to understand reporting needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (Required) • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analytics, Reporting, or a related field (Required) • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, and reporting (Required) • Experience working with large datasets across multiple databases and data sources (Required) • Strong experience in data reconciliation, validation, and quality assurance to ensure data accuracy and integrity (Required) • Hands-on experience developing dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI (Required) • Working knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools, SQL querying, and reporting platforms (Required) • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences • Experience supporting business process improvement initiatives and data-driven decision-making • Knowledge of healthcare, finance, or enterprise data environments is a plus
