📋 Description

• Lead interviews and workshops with executives, IT, and business stakeholders to uncover root-cause problems and define project vision, scope, and success metrics • Align solutions with enterprise business strategy and clear business outcomes • Map current-state and future-state value streams and business processes • Identify bottlenecks and automation/AI opportunities • Quantify benefits such as cycle time, error reduction, capacity, and CSAT • Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for AI/ML and GenAI features • Capture business rules, decision logic, and user journeys • Define data requirements, including sources, quality, latency, and privacy constraints • Specify model behavior, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop interactions • Address performance, explainability, auditability, and SLA requirements • Build consensus across complex organizational hierarchies and goals • Support PoCs and pilots through test design, feedback loops, training, SOP updates, and communications • Partner with architects and developers to ensure designs meet business needs and oversee UAT • Own the quality and readiness of business analysis deliverables and coach project team members • Drive alignment between business objectives, implementation, and success metrics • Use Generative AI tools such as Claude, Glean, and agents to accelerate analysis, documentation, and solution design while validating outputs • Establish, grow, and maintain strong customer relationships as a trusted advisor

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in business analysis or product development in the data and analytics industry • 4+ years of experience in a client-facing consulting environment • Ability to facilitate interviews and workshops across multiple domains and organizational levels • Ability to translate ambiguous needs into clear, structured requirements and user stories • Exceptional communication and presentation skills • Expertise in Agile life cycles and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Visio or similar • Hands-on experience leveraging AI to accelerate day-to-day business analysis activities in client delivery • Understanding of adoption and change management approaches • Familiarity with industry-standard strategy frameworks • Comfort with ambiguity and strong curiosity for the “why” behind the “what” • Ability to coach and mentor others and contribute to reusable BA artifacts • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
