📋 Description

• Facilitate process improvements through collaboration between IT and business partners • Design, configure, analyze, implement, test, and maintain on-premise and cloud applications, especially enterprise Document Management Systems • Support Quality and Regulatory document processes, validated solutions, global business needs, and document/content management capabilities • Understand business areas, document lifecycles, records processes, and workflows to recommend solutions and build requirements • Serve as a subject matter expert for content management, metadata, security, user administration, workflows, integrations, and platform operations • Administer access and onboard users • Resolve issues, perform patching, monitor performance and system logs, and escalate incidents • Support reliability, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity • Participate in infrastructure projects and provide application specifications, operational information, run books, and capacity planning • Support user acceptance testing, user training, manual and automated testing, and test automation suites • Lead or participate in IT and cross-functional projects with global scope • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 on-call and end-user support • Create business cases, scope documents, functional and operational requirements, process flows, design documents, and test cases • Coordinate application needs from back-end platforms through the user interface • Ensure production system stability, integration, and integrity • Complete QA non-conformances and corrective actions • Assess application security and identity management requirements • Facilitate stakeholder discussions, communicate technical tradeoffs, and resolve competing priorities • Develop roadmaps, benchmark processes, and support solution adoption • Mentor junior analysts and provide technical training assistance • Lead documentation of As-Is and To-Be processes and identify innovation opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • 5+ years of relevant work experience required • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation • Experience working in projects where multiple functions work in a matrix structure is a plus • Professional certification in Agile methodologies is preferred • Business analysis certification (e.g. CBAP) is a plus • APICS, PMP, SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft certifications are a plus • Previous involvement in the deployment or optimization of an ERP system is a plus • Experience with test management and automation tools is preferred • Understanding of the major functions in a global organization • Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred; Medical Device manufacturing experience is a plus • Experience with the OpenText Documentum platform and Documentum D2 Life Sciences Quality and Manufacturing is preferred • Experience delivering or supporting validated applications and systems is preferred • Experience with PTC Windchill platform and document management is a plus • Experience with related enterprise platforms such as Learning Management Systems, Quality Management Systems, Manufacturing Execution Systems, ERP solutions, or business intelligence tools is a plus • Familiarity with cloud technology concepts, including SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS • Ability to provide Level 2 and Level 3 on-call coverage support
