📋 Description

• Lead efforts for low- and moderate-complexity projects and low-complexity programs • Support efforts on highly complex projects and across all program levels • Define the scope, objectives, and systems for business processes through research and fact-finding • Apply business process analysis and requirements management practices • Recommend and apply process improvement and re-engineering methodologies • Propose, complete, and analyze business models, data models, and hybrid enterprise models • Identify best practices and document and assess performance measurements • Identify business process and technology solutions to streamline processes • Provide group facilitation, interviewing, training, and knowledge transfer • Assess and recommend improvements to business analysis frameworks • Apply business analysis to moderately to highly complex projects, including scoping, requirements elicitation, business process modeling, requirements management, and feasibility and cost-benefit analysis • Provide screen mocks for new or rewritten functionality • Interact with business stakeholders to gain signoff on screen designs, flow, and functionality • Provide functional expertise to the Scrum Master and developers for project backlog creation and maintenance • Participate in weekly project-wide design discussions • Participate in scrum ceremonies, including sprint kickoffs, sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and applicable end-of-sprint demos

🎯 Requirements

• 15 years of related work experience with progressively increasing responsibility • Advanced knowledge of technologies relevant to the engagement • Advanced proficiency in analytical, project planning, negotiating, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and oral) • Ability to perform cost-benefit analysis, trending, forecasting, and financial analysis • Advanced proficiency using various Microsoft Office desktop products • Ability to lead moderately complex business analysis efforts • Technical expertise in one or more business analysis-related disciplines • Strong communication, facilitation, formal document writing, and presentation skills • U.S. citizenship required • Active IRS clearance (MBI) or ability to obtain and maintain one • Bachelor's degree highly preferred
