📋 Description

• Document Broker Dealer and Third-Party Financial Technology (FinTech) requirements and maintain a recordkeeping system for client and firm needs. • Monitor and document technology needs for firms, custodians, and FinTech relationships. • Ensure systems and relationships are working correctly and enhance support technology when needed. • Maintain cross-references and control procedures for unique firm and FinTech requirements. • Escalate file failures and remediation issues between Ultimus and firms or FinTechs. • Automate manual login steps performed by Ultimus associates at FinTechs. • Coordinate media pushes through SFTP to firms that require them. • Coordinate tasks for large firm or FinTech corporate action events and Alternatives-side cleanups across teams. • Implement periodic data cleanup procedures and controls for key data elements. • Coordinate and implement controls to maintain accurate purchase and redemption warehouse calendars for periodic products. • Assist Dealer Services with repurchase and tender communications and announcements. • Develop and activate reporting for firms and FinTechs. • Build ongoing relationships and communication with top 10–20 firms and FinTechs in the Retail Alternatives industry. • Publish recurring executive updates internally and marketing updates and communications to firms. • Partner across Operations and Dealer Services to meet firm and FinTech service needs. • Perform other duties as required and assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, or related field. • 0–3 years of mutual fund industry experience. • Equivalent education and experience will be considered. • Knowledge of shareholder recordkeeping systems, reporting processes, and data delivery mechanisms. • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. • Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat. • Troubleshooting using creative and critical thinking skills. • Multitasking, analytical, and organizational skills. • Strategic, meticulous, initiative-taking approach with commitment to quality, efficiency, and effectiveness. • Personal integrity, responsibility, and accountability. • Clear and concise written and oral communication skills. • Ability to actively listen and support open exchange of ideas and information. • Ability to identify, arrange for, and obtain resources to accomplish goals. • Ability to establish and develop effective working relationships with associates and clientele. • Ability to modify priorities and deadlines in response to changing conditions or obstacles and ensure completion.
