📋 Description

• Build working relationships with process owners and department leaders • Run interviews and workshops to discover current processes, constraints, and priorities • Document and analyze current-state processes, including handoffs, rework, manual touches, and data re-entry • Design future-state processes collaboratively with business stakeholders • Conduct fit-gap analysis against D365 F&O and the broader Microsoft platform • Work with internal and partner technical experts to define configuration, customization, automation, and solution approaches • Write user stories with clear, testable acceptance criteria • Produce functional design documents, field-level data mappings, report specifications, and integration and security requirements • Write test cases and scripts covering expected and unhappy paths • Coordinate business testers through UAT, triage and retest defects, and own functional acceptance • Define metrics and business rules and partner with developers to ensure trusted reporting • Produce SOPs, job aids, and quick-reference materials and help deliver training • Measure post-deployment outcomes and define subsequent improvement work • Support two or three initiatives at different stages during the first year alongside the project manager

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, engineering, or a related field - or equivalent experience • 4+ years as a business analyst or business systems analyst on enterprise application or process improvement work, running the full analysis lifecycle independently • Comfortable communicating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization - from field staff to executives • Business acumen, including understanding margin, cost, and cash • Curiosity and initiative in investigating process issues and ambiguous problems • Process modeling capability using DFD, swim lane, or BPMN-style mapping in Visio, Lucid, Miro, or similar • Ability to produce process maps, user stories with acceptance criteria, functional specifications, and personally written test cases • Excel proficiency at a pivot-and-lookup level • Ability to read a data model or entity relationship diagram and reason about data movement between systems • Not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
