📋 Description

• Provide data analysis support to customers • Develop reports and dashboards to monitor program and operational performance • Promote self-service analytics and customer adoption, understanding and use of data • Support programmatic analyses and reporting capabilities • Define business requirements for new analyses • Perform ad-hoc analysis as directed • Support data quality and data stewardship functions • Maintain data accuracy and identify new metrics • Provide data-driven conclusions and recommendations to business partners • Work directly with internal customers and external provider partners • On-board new team members • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts • Support analytics across payer functions, ambulatory, acute and post-acute care, and support functions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (Required) • 3 years of experience in data analysis (Required) • 1 year of relevant experience in financial analysis, statistics and population management • Knowledge of SQL and Tableau • Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills • Problem-solving experience • Consultative Engagement Skills • No specific certification or licensure requirements
