📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day provider data management and credentialing activities • Serve as a subject matter expert • Support quality assurance, internal and external auditing of key processes, system compliance, and acceptance testing • Drive process improvements to increase operational effectiveness • Document new policies and procedures • Develop and maintain training materials • Assist with onboarding new staff • Manage a team of 10 to 14 Credential Specialists I and II

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of required healthcare experience • Health plan experience preferred • High school graduate or equivalent preferred • No certification or licensure required • Ability to work 8am to 5pm EST, Monday through Friday • Experience or knowledge in provider credentialing, provider data management, CVO, MCO, managed care, HMO, or MSO credentialing • CPCS or Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist knowledge/experience
