📋 Description

• Provide training and education to new and existing Sentec users • Support new hire and ongoing sales training and development • Provide onsite and virtual education, training, and CE and non-CE presentations • Deliver in-person state and potential national society presentations • Act as the subject matter expert for Sentec products in key market segments • Collaborate with the local sales team to coordinate and deliver comprehensive onsite and virtual customer training and education • Develop a common understanding of the technology across care providers and articulate the clinical and economic value proposition • Participate in product evaluations and installations • Assess needs and provide comprehensive education and hands-on training, including maintenance and troubleshooting • Provide education and training to drive optimal bedside use of the technology in new and existing accounts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science or equivalent education and/or experience • Current RRT license is required • Prior experience training/educating healthcare professionals is preferred • Prior experience in the Medical Device Industry in a Clinical Specialist role is highly preferred • Existing in-depth knowledge and usage of Sentec products preferred • Ability to quickly understand new product enhancements and training programs/materials • Must be vaccinated for Covid-19 and must obtain any/all required vaccinations as appropriate for vendor credentialing • Ability to travel overnight (60%) • Ability to work flexible hours
